RITVER 1K PRIMER – NM506 is a superior grade one-component high build filler. The product provides very good adhesion on porous metal substrates; exhibiting good hiding power, fast drying and easy sanding within 30 minutes

This product can be applied on all types of metals, specifically where early sanding is required and speed of over coating is essential. It can be over coated with subsequent pigmented topcoats of different shades and gloss unit.

Before application, all wax, oil and grease should be removed by cleaning with solvent. If necessary, remove weld spatter and round off all rough weld seams and sharp edges to a smooth surface. Any surface defects revealed by blast cleaning should be ground, filled or treated in a suitable manner. After blasting, remove dust from the surface.

Store in a cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
Maximum 12 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well-ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
