Concrete, steel, GRP, other metals, texotile systems and wood coatings.

A good surface preparation and following the recommended system procedure of Ritver is ideal for the application of 2K Clear HS. Exclusions for successful application include perpetually wet surfaces and also large cavities on wood, metal and concrete surfaces.
For Metals:
Ensure that the surface is properly prepared, sanded and smoothened. Blow off sanding dusts using compressed dry air and then clean using a solvent degreaser to remove oils, grease and  grimes before any application paint application is conducted. Use a new cloth so as to ensure that re-contamination is avoided. Apply the primer, PS1756, then sand it then over coat it with RAP Basecoat followed by 2K Clearcoat.
For Wood:
Substrates that are generally used are clear wood natural, veneered or lightly stained. It is advised to use Ritver Acrylic 2K Primer after sanding with sanding paper about 120-150 type.
Fill all the grains with a good liberal coat. Be sure that no sanding residues (or other) are present on substrate before applying the topcoat finish. Proceed with 2K Clear HS after this to the desired coverage required.
For Plaster, Masonry & Concrete:
Achieve a good and clean surface by removing all contaminants by cleaning & drying. A laitance free surface should be achieved by good sweep blast or a wire brush.

1. It is strongly recommended to use personal protective equipment during application.
2. Product should be stirred properly prior to use.
3. Prior to application, use of filter is recommended to avoid dust particles.
4. Clean the gun properly before and after usage.
