Acrilic Multicolor Stars Paints(Cat@20%CP029)

Ritver Multi Color Paint is a two component based on acrylic resin with bright metallic sparkle glittery with an attractive looking effect. It gives coloristic effect according to the color of the substrate. The product is particularly recommended when a bright metallic luster is desired.

Substrates: Woodworks, kitchen, internal door and frames, head board and drawers.
Area of Use: Interior

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. Surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
It can be used on veneer substrate, solid wood, and MDF which were treated with pigmented polyurethane or polyester basecoats. Apply two or more coats according to the desired covering. After drying, sand the basecoat with at least 400 type sanding paper.
Ensure that no residues on the substrate before application of topcoat.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 100gr.m2. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the finish required.
Use spray gun with a 1.8 – 2.0 mm. nozzle at 3-4 atm/bar.
NB: Application over pigmented basecoats or pigmented matt topcoats (dark colours) creates a glittering metallic effect that is more pronounced than that produced by (metal finish effect).
After drying this product does not need particular subsequent treatment.
Anyway, it is possible to apply on top of Multicolor Paint (After 2hours without sanding) an acrylic top finish glossy (to increase the brightness) or matt (for a matt effect).

CATALYST

Under dry and cool condition, Storage stability can be sound up to 18 months in original sealed containers.
HANDLING
Disposal: As per the guidance and legislations of the local Authority e.g., by controlled landfill.
In case of doubt, consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
Flash Point: 21oC.
Caution: It is strongly advised not to keep open half used drums as it forms a skin on the top layer.

Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream. Other industrial practices are applicable.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapour or spray.

FIRST AID
Eyes: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately and obtain
medical advice.
Skin: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved Industrial cleaner. DO NOT USE solvent or thinners.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
Ingestion: In case of accidental ingestion DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Obtain immediate medical attention.
