Acrylic Topcoat White (5%-10%-30%-50%-Gloss)

Is a two components white Acrylic Topcoat that exhibits excellent levelling and pigmentation with good equalization of matting effect.
The product is formulated using materials that doesn’t became yellowish upon exposure to UV and aging.

It is suitable to apply the product on pale wood as maple, birch, ash, reconstructed veneers.
Area to use: Interior & Exterior

All the type of timbers must be fully aged with a moisture content less than 15%. The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
Use acrylic sealer to prepare the surface, before to apply topcoat. Wait the sealer is full dry and sand it with sanding paper No. 400. After that, AT43XX can be applied.

CATALYST

Pot Life 8 hrs. @ 25°C
To the dilution and preparation for the spray application, we suggest to use PU thinner [TP292] from 20 to 30%.
If should be apply by Curtain coater use 10-20% of PU thinner.
Use PU retardant thinner TP222 5% in case of high humidity.

We suggest to apply general 130 gr / sq. m. The number of coats depends on the porosity of surface and the type of finishing decide.

Utilize nozzle 1.8 – 2 mm at 3-4 ATM/bar. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department. It is recommended to control the viscosity during application by adding PU Thinner to balance the evaporation of solvents. Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaner

Available in 5Ltr and 25Ltr. Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30°C. Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, minimum 12 month from the production date, if the stored advice are followed.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
