DC UV CLEAR FULL GLOSSY BY SPRAYING ( + CUV070 @ + 20% & TUV696 @ 30%)

Clear acrylic product Dual Cure UV Fire Rated applying as top coat by spraying machine (robot and automatic system), on flat substrates, previously treated with DC UV basecoat of the same nature. It is endowed with very good distension, film uniformity, hardness, scratch-resistance and fire retardant properties. [This product is certified by Thomas Bell-Wright following the Multicoat Interior Finish Systems for Reaction to Fire performance according to test standard ASTM E84-19a and approved by Dubai Civil Defense under license no. LMTNA0000135842-2019].

Sand very well the substrate already treated with DC UV basecoat applied by spray, without leave any sanding residues, before to apply the DC UV top-finish. The way to prepare the substrate with the UV basecoat, determine the final result, for this reason do a good basecoat treatment.

Add catalyst CUV070 10% by weight (Optional).
Dilute the product with TUV693 or TUV696 30-40% by weight, to reach the ideal viscosity for the spray application.
Note: If UV lamps are illuminating all the sides of the coated item, it can be used as one pack since it already contains photo-initiator. If any part of the item is not receiving fully the UV light, then the catalyst E/1096 should be added to improve drying and adhesion on partly illuminated areas. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

In according to the type of UV line and type of finishing system can be change the quantity of photo-initiator and thinner. Please, for information contact our Technical service RITVER.

The product must be applied by spray machine after adding the photo initiator, the catalyst and the thinner .Use only automatic spray equipment’s and do not use manual spray gun.
Application rate 110-120g/m2.

If the drum is hermetically closed and well stored at 25°C, the product and the additives have six months of shelf-life. For material already included the photo initiator additive the shelf life of the product is month Use before the expiry date indicated on labeling.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice.
