DC UV PRIMER WHITE BY SPRAYING

It is a white dual cure UV white primer indicate for application by spray. It exhibits a good adhesion, hiding powder, good filling property and very easy sand ability by machine and hand.

The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning. Sand and remove all the dust before to apply the basecoat.
In case of varnishing cycle on non-wooden substrates (paper, laminate etc.), or in tanning wood, should be use before a primer (isolator) to improve the adhesion.

Add Photo-initiator CUV095 4% by weight.
Add catalyst CUV096 10% by weight.
Need to dilute the product with TUV694, TUV693 or TUV692 20-25% by weight, to reach the ideal viscosity for spray application.

The product must be dried under high pressure UV lamps, after 10-15min of flash- off under air and TL Lamps. If they are not available, normal tunnel are required. The number of lamps, the
speed line and flash-off should be in according to the type of UV line, the type of varnish cycle, type of substrate and work condition. The film will be total dry at speed line will be 10-12 m/min, if the system will be a normal UV tunnel with 2-3 UV lamps 80W/sq with exposition 7-8 dry.

The product must be applied only by automatic spray, after added catalyst and photo-initiator. We suggest to apply for each coat 110-120g/m2 . The number of coats should be in according to the type of wood and the finishing that decide.

Available in 5Ltr and 25Ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30°C. Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, minimum 6 month from the production date, if the stored advice are followed.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice.
