Fill Grout PU40

FILLGROUT PU40 is a single component high flowable polyurethane resin injection. It is based on a special modified MDI prepolymer solvent free type. This product is used as injection grout for sealing water leakage by fast reaction with water forming plug foam.

FILLGROUT PU40 is used as PU injection grout for:

• Concrete water tanks
• Natural stone buildings.
• Tunnels
• Bridges
• Underground constructions.

All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust and other contaminants. A dry sponge should be used to remove water on wet surfaces. Treat oil or grease contamination should be removed and cleaned by organic solvent e.g. THINNERCOAT 10

FILLGROUT PU40 is a single component material. Do not add solvents thinners at any time.
APPLICATION
Fixing injection packers:
Instale injection packers into drill – holes properly at intervals along the length of each crack. Keep the distances between each packer at 500 mm. Generally it depends up on the width and depth of the crack and subject to reduce the flow rate which prevents the
filling material from being washed out of the solarium at high flow rates.
The crack between each packer should be filled with epoxy mortar such as EPOMORTAR FC (refer to TDS)
FILLGROUT PU40 should be applied after full curing of EPOMORTAR FC (5 – 8 hours) depending on the nature of the building, ambient temperature, cracks dimensions, hydraulic and hydrostatic pressure.
Use a single compressor pump avoiding any contact with water.
The injection pressure is approximately 20 bars and generally depends on the nature of the building.
Carry out the injection at intervals to know whether to continue or to stop the process from the reaction of the material.
High temperatures accelerates the rate of reaction.
After curing FILLGROUT PU40 remove the packers and close the drill holes epoxy mortars such as EPOMORTAR FC (refer to TDS)

It depends on nature of the building, ambient temperature, and cracks dimensions, hydraulic and hydrostatic pressure.
CLEANING
Tools and equipments should be cleaned immediately by using THINNERCOAT 10.

STORAGE
Product should be stored at 25°C in dry conditions.
FLAMMABILITY

SHELF LIFE
12 months in a tightly closed container.

The material should be applied in a good ventilated area. Avoid inhalation of the vapors. Use goggles and vinyl gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse
immediately with plenty of clean water, do not use solvent and seek medical attention immediately. The product complies with environmental and
