RITVER GLASS PAINT SMOOTH CLEAR SB is a Clear acrylic top finish endowed with very good adhesion, plasticity, hardness, softness and yellowing resistance. It is indicated to varnish all kind of glass.
[Product is following the LEED certificate CREDIT EQ C4.2, as per the rules 1113 for the architectural coating, it has a VOC less water and exempt in the range of 25 g/l].

For Interior use, such as finish product on raw piece of glass

Remove any dust from the glass by using thinner or other washing material, and after apply directly the paint on the glass, no need for primer

CATALYST by weight by volume with hardener 20% 20% CP070
ACCELERATOR 2% 2% CP0100
ADDITIVES Not necessary in normal conditions
POT LIFE 6hrs. at 25°C

DILUTION
Dilute with PU thinner TP292 at 20-30%.
With high temperature, it is necessary to add 5% of PU retardant thinner TP222.

After drying this product, it does not need any subsequent treatment.

By spray: Use spray gun with 1.8-2 mm. nozzles at 3-4 atm/bar.
Air mix and airless pumps may also be used. In this last case do preliminary test. For spray application, reduce at 20-30% with PU thinner.

Available in 1Lit, 5 Lit and 25 Lit
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Maximum 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is not flammable.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
