Ritver Glass Paint Texture Clear SB is a clear acrylic top finish endowed with very good adhesion, plasticity, hardness, and yellowing with a finish texture and milky aspect on the glass. It is indicated to varnish all kind of glass.

For Interior use, such as finish product on raw piece of glass

Remove any dust from the glass by using thinner or other washing material, and after apply directly the paint on the glass, no need for primer.

Catalyst by weight by volume with hardener 20% 20% CP040
Accelerator 2% 2% CP0100
Additive Not necessary in normal condition.
Pot Life 6hrs. at 25°C
Dilution
Spraying: Dilute with PU thinner TP292 at 20-30%.
In summer period with hot and humid climate, it is necessary to add 5 % of PU retardant
thinner TP222.

Spray gun: Use spray gun with 1.8-2 mm. nozzles at 3-4 atm/bar. Air mix and airless pumps may also be used. In this last case do preliminary test. For spray application, reduce at 20- 30% with PU thinner.
Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 130 gr / sq. m. The number of coats shouldn’t exceed the 2 coats.

Available in USG, 5USG.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Maximum 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is not flammable.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
