Itashield Emulsion Matt (W+C)

Ritver Itashield Emulsion Matt is a premium grade, high performance, pure acrylic emulsion based wall paint specially recommended for exterior surfaces providing an elegant Matt finish with excellent dirt pick up resistance. The product resists the harsh weather conditions of the middle east

Substrates: Cement renders, masonry bricks, concrete, etc…
Area of Use: Exteriors Surfaces

Ensure that substrate is dry free of surface contaminants. Ensure that the substrate has been cured for at least 28 days before painting. If the substrate has not been cured for 28 days, it is advisable to treat the surface with a mild acid to reduce the alkalinity. For old concrete surfaces, remove laitance and other loose materials. Repair damaged surfaces with cement based fillers and surfaces.

Do not apply the product in adverse weather conditions, like the temperature is below 10C or above 35C, when it is raining and the paint can get wet while it is not yet dried. The product is ready for application using roller or brush. It can be diluted with up to 10% of potable water. Apply a uniform first coat ensuring continuous wet edge during application. It is advisable to do a complete first coat, dry and then proceed to the second coat. Do not stop midway during painting, always finish corner to corner.

Under dry and cool condition, storage stability can be sound up to 12 months in original sealed containers.
HANDLING
Disposal: As per the guidance and legislations of the local Authority e.g. by controlled landfill. In case of doubt, consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
Flash Point: Not applicable
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream. Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapour or spray.

FIRST AID
Eyes: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately and obtain medical advice.
Skin: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved industrial cleaner. DO NOT USE solvent or thinners.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
Ingestion: In case of accidental ingestion DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Obtain immediate medical attention.
