Liquid Masking Film

A plant based polymer, Clear, colorless, flexible waterborne coating, environmental friendly, zero VOC and formaldehyde free for the temporary protection of coated surfaces from mechanical damages during handling, transportation or installation. It can also protect already finished parts from overspray or spray mist coming from the coating of other parts of the item.
Once the object is no longer requiring protection, the masking film can be easily removed by catching one corner and peeling it off from the coated surface. It is completely soluble in water and it is bio degradable and once dissolved it will be fully consumed by bacteria present in environment.

Brush, Short hair manual roller or Roller Coater

After full drying the product does not need any subsequent treatment and can be stacked and packaged.

In case of application on absorbing material like paper, wood or MDF, the product may stick to the surface and become difficult to remove.
Any residue remained on the coating after having peeled off the protective skin can be removed by gently rubbing with water and a soft cloth.
Make a preliminary test before starting large scale production.

Storage: If the drum is hermetically closed and well stored at 25°C, the product has 18 months shelf life.
