Marble Effect

Special effect single component Marble paint based on special Polyurethane varnish, obtained by a unique method of application of selected stains and a choice of intermediate color contrast

It is recommended for all type of woodworks, kitchen, internal doors and frames, head boards and drawers.
Area to use: Interior

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. Surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.

• Surface must be primed by either polyurethane or polyester primer
• Sand with sandpaper and apply one coat of PU pigmented Matt and let it dry for about 24 hrs.

These special stains can be diluted with, NC thinner, PU thinner, water, acetone. The dilution
varies from 100% to 500%, and it is related to the design and concentration required
NB: It is not suggested to dilute the product with white spirit.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 12 sq. m/l. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the finish required.
Following Treatments
These special stains can be applied by hand-held or on-line spray guns, with running spray guns, and keep it for 5 minutes before patching with a cloth or sponge soaked with acetone to obtained a MARBLE EFFECT.

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaning.

Available in 1USG, 5USG.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin,wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
