Two-component polyacrylic pigmented matt, endowed with waxy effects and outstanding resistance to abrasion, provides very high UV resistance,good washability, abrasive detergent and hard weather conditions.

Designed for exterior wood parquet that can withstand especially for outdoor applications because it present a high UV and scratch resistance. It can work on providing a concrete wood surface.

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. Surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
Wooden floor surface must be sanded and cleaned thoroughly. On exotic timbers, apply properly the PU isolant PI 280 as first coat. Sand the isolant before application of Polyacrylic for exterior wood. Product can be utilized as basecoat and top coat.
To achieve a concrete surfaces, arrange well the top than apply the polyacrylic for the protection of the surfaces.

CATALYST

by weight 50% CP019 by volume 50%

Pot Life    4 hrs. @ 25°C
Stir product well with a flat paddle. Add the correct quantity of hardener and stir till homogeneous. Thin to required viscosity. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department.
Dilution
Roller: Dilute with PU thinner [TP292] at 30-40%.
Brush: Dilute with PU thinner [TP292] at 30-40%.
In case of hot and humid climate, add 5 -10% of PU retardant thinner [TP222].

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 150 gr / sq.m. / coat.
The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the
finish required.
Following Treatments
By roller or brush, stir very well the part “A” to obtain distribution of matting agent contents in
the product. Mix the two components and wait 20 – 30 min for pre-reaction. Apply 2-3 coats
with sanding in between coats.
Important:
– Respect time of interval coats
– Do not apply if the environment temperature is under 10°C. Even the temperature of the
varnish must be over 10°C.
– Clean all equipment’s used with NC thinner or acetone.
– It is possible to walk on varnished floor after 72 hrs.

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaning.

Available in 5Kg, 25Kg.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes,
rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
