Superior grade three components polyester topcoat, based on unsaturated polyester resins, designed as self-resolving multicoat, provides good reactivity, very good hardness, excellent clarity and good elasticity. Successive sanding, buffing and polishing treatment is necessary to obtain a full gloss surface.

It is indicated for horizontal surfaces of wooden furniture for interior, not suitable for exterior

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. Surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
To obtain optimum surface finish sand the wood properly in the same direction of the wood grain, utilize sanding paper no. [100]. before polyester basecoat application, it is strongly recommended to apply [PI280 or PI281] PU Isolate to prevent possible defects (lack of adhesion, bubbles, pin holes) caused by the incompatibility of the wood with unsaturated polyester
