PW 1053_Primer Stone finish

Ritver Stone Finish Primer is a premium grade acrylic copolymer emulsion based primer with specially graded silica designed to facilitate un-paralleled adhesion of Ritver Stone Finish Paints and aggregated textured finishes into surfaces like masonry, plaster, brick work, wood and properly primed steel substrates

Ensure that substrate is dry free of surface contaminants like oils, grease, release agents. For old concrete surfaces, remove laitance and other loose materials. Repair damaged surfaces with cement based fillers. Wood must be primed using solvent based primers to ensure swelling is prevented when applied with Stone Finish Primer Steel must be primed using a suitable anti corrosive primer to prevent rusting when applied with Stone Finish Primer

The recommended method of application is by paint roller, the one normally used to apply emulsion paints.

The product can also be sprayed using a texture gun but the orifice should not be more than 3mm.
Brush can be used in hard to reach confined spaces.

Do not apply the product in adverse weather conditions, like the temperature is below 10C or
above 35C, when it is raining and the paint can get wet while it is not yet dried.

Under dry and cool condition, storage stability can be sound up to 12 months in original sealed containers.
HANDLING
Disposal: As per the guidance and legislations of the local Authority e.g. by controlled landfill. In case of doubt, consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
Flash Point: Not applicable
Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapor or spray.

FIRST AID
Eyes: In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately and obtain medical advice.
Skin: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved industrial cleaner. DO NOT USE solvent or thinners.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
Ingestion: In case of accidental ingestion DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Obtain immediate medical attention.
