PU Retardent Thinner

RETARDENT PU THINNER is a mixture of ester, and glycol ether. It is recommended to use in a certain proportion with PU thinner (5%) to prevent milky effect or ruff finish for all polyurethane varnish products , especially during summer and temperature higher than normal due to its slow evaporation.

All RITVER thinners listed are to be used in conjunction with the corresponding products and systems intended for, or any Technical guidance required may be obtained by the end user.
Advantage: Improves film smoothness of lacquers when applied either by spray or dipping thus extending excellent finish.
Lacquer driers without blushing, resin blush , pin holing and other surface defects .
No orange peel developed after the evaporation of PU Thinner, and therefore increase the tensile strength of the film along with its gloss.
PU Retardent Thinner has a certain action preventing milky effect of the surface.

Disposal: As per the guidance and legislations of the local Authority e.g., by controlled landfill.
In case of doubt, consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
Flash Point: Individual flash points are mentioned in the table along with other details and a prior knowledge of the flash points is a pre requisite for the safe handling of the RITVER thinners.

First Aid:
Eyes In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately and obtain medical advice.
Skin Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved Industrial cleaner. DO NOT USE solvent or thinners.
Inhalation Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
Ingestion In case of accidental ingestion DO NOT INDUCES VOMITING. Obtain immediate medical attention.
