Designed for use on all interior furniture and paneling, doors, windows, frames, veneer and casting.
Can be used for open grain and closed grain finishes, depending on the viscosity and number of coats
applied.

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
To obtain optimum surface finish, sand the wood properly in the same direction of the wood grain, utilize sanding paper no. [120]. Then and after sealer drying, utilize paper No.[220] to create smoothness to the substrate, then utilize paper No.[400 ] to achieve perfection of substrate till reaching between coats is essential, practice adequate sanding and remove dust prior to application of first coat. Control the compatibility of Stains eventually used.

50% CP001 or CP003 NY 50%

Pot Life 3 hrs. @ 25°C
Stir product well with a flat paddle. Add the correct quantity of hardener and stir till homogeneous.
Thin to required viscosity. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department.
Dilution
Utilize PU Thinner depending on the application system used. In general 25-30% thinner is added to achieve an application viscosity of 16-18 seconds Fc4. This is suitable for spraying.
For Curtain coater 25% Thinner is added to achieve an application viscosity of 30 second Fc4. In case
of hot humidity climate add 5-10% [TP222] PU retardant thinner. In winter we suggest utilization of [TP290] for fast drying. In Hot climate we suggest also utilization of [TP292] PU thinner to avoid bubbles and blooming.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 130 gr / sq.m. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the finish required.
Following Treatments
By spray gun:
By Curtain Coater:
It is possible even to use airless and air-mix equipments. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department.
It is recommended to control the viscosity during application by adding PU Thinner to balance the evaporation of solvents.

Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaning.
