It is a two components clear Polyurethane varnish for wood floorings and wood parquet.
It exhibits a fast dry, waxy effect and resistance to abrasion with good equalization of matting effect.
It has very good resistance against water and abrasive detergent.

It can be used for any wood for floorings and parquet. It didn’t change the natural beauty of wood and can be used on the exotic wood even if they are mostly dark.

All the type of timbers must be fully aged and moisture content less than 15%. The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
Must be sand the surface with sanding paper [No.150], before to apply PR27X0. Must be apply one coat of PU insolant PI 281 for application on exotic wood. Wait until dry, sand and can apply finally the PU parquet PR27X0.

Pot Life 4 hrs. @ 25°C
We suggest to use PU thinner [TP292] from 20% to 30% by weight, for dilution and preparation for the roller application.
The preparation for brush application, dilute it by PU thinner [TP292] 10-20% by weight.
Use PU retardant thinner TP222 5% in case of high humidity.

Add the catalyst 1:1 in PR27X0 and mix properly. For the reaction in between of paint and catalyst, leave the mixing system for 20-30 minutes.
Application rate: 150 g/m2 (per coat)
We suggest to apply 3 coats and should be sand it with sanding paper No.[220], in between of each coat.
Also for the brush application have to follow the same procedure.
Do not apply in environment under 10ºC.
Clean properly all the equipment with NC thinner or acetone after used.

Available in 1Ltr, 5Ltr and 25Ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30°C. Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, maximum 18 months month from the production date, if the stored advice are followed.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
