Indicated to varnish furniture, tables, writing tables, flat and assembled furniture.

It can be used on veneer substrate, solid wood, and MDF which were treated with pigmented (white) polyurethane or polyester basecoats. Apply two or more coats according to the desired covering. After drying, sand the basecoat with at least 400 type sanding paper. Ensure that no residues on the substrate before application of topcoat.

Pot Life 4 hrs. @ 25°C
Stir product well with a flat paddle. Add the correct quantity of hardener and stir till homogeneous. Thin to required viscosity. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department.
Dilution
Utilize [TP292] PU Thinner depending on the application system used. In general 20 -30% thinner is added to achieve an application viscosity. This is suitable for spraying.
For Curtain coater 20% Thinner is added to achieve an application viscosity. In case of high humidity climate add 5-10% [TP222] PU retardant thinner.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 140 gr / sq. m. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the finish required.

Utilize nozzle 1.8 – 2 mm at 3-4 ATM/bar. For details of

It is recommended to control the viscosity during application by adding PU
Thinner to balance the evaporation of solvents.

Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaner.

Available in 5Kg, 25Kg.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Maximum 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
