UV ACRYLIC CLEAR MATT BY ROLLER
Acrylic UV drying topcoat clear – matt , based on PE & acrylate oligomer with reactive monomer ,designed as topcoat finishes with roller application , endowed with very good application on flat, previously sanded, clear or stained substrates, treated with UV basecoat of the same nature. It is endowed with very good adhesion, film uniformity, hardness and scratch resistance.

Acrylic UV drying topcoat clear – matt , based on PE & acrylate oligomer with reactive monomer ,designed as topcoat finishes with roller application , endowed with very good application on flat, previously sanded, clear or stained substrates, treated with UV basecoat of the same nature. It is endowed with very good adhesion, film uniformity, hardness and scratch resistance.
All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. Surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent
cleaning.
Sand very well the substrate already treated with UV basecoat applied by roller or curtain or spray, without leave any sanding residues, before to apply the UV top-finish. The way to prepare the substrate with the UV basecoat, determine the final result, for this reason do a good basecoat treatment.

Dilution
With TUV694 or TUV692 or TUV693 at 10-15% until to reach the working viscosity of 16-18 Sec Cup No 4 / usually it comes ready to use no need to add any photo initiator.
Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is between 10 – 16 microns per coat. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the finish required. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department. The product must be applied by Roller a f t e r adding the thinner if needed (our material usually comes ready to use only 5 to 10% of thinner is required) to control the viscosity and drying.
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaning.

Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Minimum 6 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.
This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes,
rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
