UV ACRYLIC PRIMER WHITE BY ROLLER

UV White Primer by Roller is a white Acrylic UV basecoat indicate for simple roller and reverse machine. It exhibits a good coverage and sanding property. It showed a hard and tough film, excellent stability in the machine and no sink age over time. Ready to use for interior doors etc.

The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Sanding with 220-320 / dust removal. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.

The product must be dry under high pressure UV lamps (80W/cm) at conveyor belt speed 8m/min. The number of lamps, the speed line and flash-off should be in according to the type of UV line, the type of finishing system, type of substrate and work condition

One coat or more coat application with rubber / smooth roller @ 20-40 g/m2 on a properly prepared substrate. Sanding with 320 grit between each coat. The product is ready to use, but in according to the type of UV line and type of finishing system can be change the quantity of photo initiator and thinner. If the drum is hermetically closed and well stored @ 25oC, the product (and relative additives) has six months of shelf-life. For material already included photo initiator additive the shelf life is 3 months.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
