UV ACRYLIC SEALER BY REVERSE NY

It is a clear Acrylic UV basecoat indicate for simply roller and reverse machine. It exhibits a good coverage and transparency, sanding property. It showed a hard and tough film, excellent stability in the machine and no sink age over time. It is suggested to use it for Parquet flooring of flat solid wood. Provides a permanent sterile surface as long as the paint surface is intact.

The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
On the surface, especially for porous wood, apply under coat AUV2336.

The product must be dry under high pressure UV lamps (80W/cm) at conveyor belt speed 8m/min. The number of lamps, the speed line and flash-off should be in according to the type of UV line, the type of finishing system, type of substrate and work condition.

The product can be applied by roller machine or with putty machine. The product is ready to use, but in according to the type of UV line and type of finishing system can be change the quantity of photoiniziator and thinner. Please, for information contact our Technical service RITVER.
Application rate 50g/m2
We suggest to apply only one coat, but in case should be apply two coats, be sure that the quantity of material should be maximum in total 50g/m2, in different way you can have problem in transparency.

Available in 1ltr, 5ltr, 25Ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30°C.
Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, maximum 6 months from the production date, if the storage advices are followed.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice.
