UV ACRYLIC SLEAER BY REVERSE HIGH CLARITY NY

It is a clear Acrylic UV basecoat indicate for simple and reverse roller coaster. It exhibits excellent coverage, transparency and sanding properties. It dries in a hard and tough film, with excellent stability in the machine and no sinking over time.
It is suggested to use it for flat items made of solid wood or veneer.

The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.

The product can be dried immediately after application (no flash-off required) under 2 high pressure mercury UV lamps (80W/cm) at conveyor speed 8m/min. The number of lamps, the speed line and flash-off should be in according to the type of UV line, the type of finishing system, type of substrate and work condition.

The product can be applied by simple or reverse roller coaster. The product is ready to use, but in according to the type of UV line and type of finishing system may require adjustments in viscosity or reactivity using specific additives. Application rate 20-80 g/m2
The product can be applied in multiple coats, without intermediate sanding if the first coat is only partly cured with low power mercury UV lamp in order to just gelling the film. In case of full cure the coat must be duly sanded in order to assure adhesion of the following one.

Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30°C. Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, maximum 6 months from the production date, if the storage advices are followed.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
