UV Clear acrylic product applied as isolant by spraying, on flat melamine substrates previouslysanded. It is endowed with very good adhesion and film uniformity.

The product must be dried under high pressure UV lamps, after 10-15min flash- off under air and TL Lamps if available and if not normal tunnel is required. The number of the lamps, the line speed and the flash- off are in according with the UV line. The Varnishing cycle, the substrate change in general with the working conditions. Normally in UV tunnels with 2 to3 UV tunnel with 80W/ sq cm with exposition of 7-8 Sec, the completely drying of the product ready for use is obtained with a line – speed of 10-12 m / minute.

The product can be applied by roller machine or with putty machine. The product is ready to use, but in according to the type of UV line and type of finishing system can be change the quantity of photoioniziator and thinner. Please, for information contact our Technical service RITVER.

On melamine substrates of different nature before to apply the UV basecoat it is suggested to clean the melamine without leave any sanding residues

After drying and sanding, it is possible to proceed with the top-finish treatment using UV product of the same nature or polyurethane products, glossy or matt. The application could be: by roller, curtain or spray.

Available in 1 ltr, 5ltr, 25ltr.

If the drum is hermetically closed and well stored at 25°C, the product (and relative additives) has six months of shelf-life. For material already included photo initiator additive the shelf life is 3 months.
Use before the expiry date indicated on labeling.
