UV POLYACRYLIC SEALER BY SPRAY

Polyacrylic UV drying sealer , based on PE & acrylate oligomer with reactive monomer ,designed as basecoat by reverse application , endowed with very good application on flat, previously sanded, clear or stained substrates, endowed with very good adhesion, film uniformity, filling and good sand ability.

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. Surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
On wooden substrates of different nature before to apply the UV basecoat it is suggested to sand the wood without leave any sanding residues .

Stir product well with a flat paddle. Add the correct quantity of hardener and stir till homogeneous. Thin to required viscosity. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 100-110 g /sq.m. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the
finish required. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department. The product must be applied by spray after adding the thinner to control the viscosity. After the UV basecoat it drying , a sanding treatment is required.
Dilution:
Ready to use – [The photo initiator is built in].
Can also be reduced between 10-15% utilizing the following mentioned bellow thinner:
– [TUV692] UV Thinner Medium
– [TUV693] UV Thinner Slow
– [TUV694] UV Thinner Slow Superior

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaning.

Available in 25Ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Minimum 6 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes,
rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
