UV POLYACRYLIC SEALER BY SPRAY

Clear acrylic product Dual Cure UV applying as basecoat by spraying, on flat substrates, previously sanded and stained or clear. It is endowed with very good adhesion, film uniformity; filling and good sandability on sanding machine and more over it has a very good and easy manual standability as well

The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
The surface must be sand before to apply the basecoat. In case, it will be applied in no-wooden substrate such as paper or laminate. If it will be applied on tannic wood or during the varnish cycle, should be use a properly isolate to improve the adhesion.

Dilution: E/676 at 30% until reaching the working viscosity of 16-18 Sec cup No 4.
Photo initiator: E/1099 @ 4%

The product mast be dry under high pressure UV lamps, after few minutes of flash-off in air and TL lamps. The number of lamps, the speed line and flash-off should be in according to the type of UV
line, the type of varnish cycle, type of substrate and work condition. In generic UV line with 3 UV lamps each 8W/sq m with exposition 7-8 sec, the total dry product will be obtain with line-speed around 10-12m/min.

The product must be applied by spray machine after adding the photo initiator, and the thinner. Use only automatic spray equipment and do not use manual spray gun.
Application Rate: 110- 120gr/m2 (per coat)

Available in 1Ltr, 5Ltr and 25Ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30°C. Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, minimum 6 months from the production date, if the stored advice are followed.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames. Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice.
