It is acrylic UV basecoat indicate for simply roller and reverse machine. It exhibits a good coverage and transparency, sanding property. It showed a hard and tough film, excellent
stability in the machine and no sink age over time.
It is suggested to use it for Parquet flooring of flat solid wood.

The product must be dry under high pressure UV lamps (80W/cm) at conveyor belt speed 8m/min. The number of lamps, the speed line and flash-off should be in according to the type of UV

The product can be applied by roller machine or with putty machine. The product is ready to use, but in according to the type of UV line and type of finishing system can be change the quantity of photoioniziator and thinner. Please, for information contact our Technical service RITVER. Application rate 30-40g/ m²

The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
On the surface, especially for porous wood, apply under coat AUV2300. The product has bad wetting property, so to help to get a better result, we suggest to use before a wetting sealer AUV 2300 and nafter AUV 2336.

After drying and sanding, it is possible to proceed with the top-finish treatment using UV product of the same nature or polyurethane products, glossy or matt. The application could be: by roller, curtain or spray.

In case of eventually application on non-wooden substrates (paper, laminate etc.), they must be insulating with proper primer to improve the adhesion. Do not apply on substrates with moisture content up to 14-15%. Do not apply in environment with temperature below 15°C or up 30°C.Verify periodically the functionality of the UV lamps. Starting to varnish new substrates never used, do preliminary test to verify the varnishing cycle.

Available in 1 ltr, 5ltr, 25ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place, with temperature controller between 10 to 30 degree Celsius. Keep cans tightly close. For the shelf life, minimum 6 months from the production date if the storage advices are followed
