Water base Stain

Environmentally and user friendly water stain series based on selected transparent pigments free from heavy metals. For interior and exterior use.
It comes in a wide range of high resistance colors, transparent and bright, showing perfect wood wetting.

The substrate must be clean and dry. All surface contaminations should be removed: dirt, dust, wax and wood marks. Wood must be prepared by sanding with suitable sandpaper and remove off the sanding dust before staining. Before applying the stain, for prevent grain rising, lightly wipe surface of clean wood with a damp sponge to raise the grain. Allow to dry and then sand smooth. Repeat the process if it is not smooth enough, then apply the stain.

Water base stain can be applied by manual and automatic spray, dipping, brush or clean lint free cloth. After application, the excess stains can be wiped off with brushes.
The stain can be diluted only with water from 1:1 to 1:10. The amount of water depends on the colors required, type of application and type of wood that to be stained. The stability of the diluted stain is guaranteed up to 1:10 at any temperature condition from 5°C to 50°C.

SW60XX can be recoated with solvent or waterborne coatings without any bleeding. It is especially suitable under UV coatings.

It is available in 1Ltr and 4Ltr.

Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Minimum shelf life is Maximum 18 months in unopened container, stored in cool and dry condition at 25°C. Keep from freezing.

This material is non-flammable. Keep out of reach of children.
Use only in well ventilated areas. Do not breathe spray mist. In case of insufficient ventilation during application, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact
with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
