Wood Filler Water Base

Water borne wood filler based on acrylic copolymer resin blended with modified pigments, is designed for the filling of surface irregularities holes and cracks.

Ideal for Interior and Exterior use on all types of timber, e.g. natural, chipboard, plywood, etc…, especially for filling cracks, imperfections, and similar uneven surfaces of wood.

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning.
To obtain optimum surface finish, sand the wood properly in the same direction of the wood grain, utilize sanding paper no. [120] to achieve smooth surface, as is adequate sanding and removal of dust prior to application of first coat of [WFXX] Wood Filler water based.

Ready for use product, stir well before use. You can apply [WFXX] Wood Filler, utilizing Swedish putty knife.
Dilution
Ready to use product.
For ease of application, you can dilute [WFXX] Wood filler between 5-10% with sweet water depending on the required application.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 800 g / sq. m.
Apply [WFXX] Ritver wood filler with putty knife or broad bladed knife , and spread materials evenly on the surface to smoothen , fill large holes in steps , allowing previous fill to set , followed by light sanding when dry until all imperfections is removed.

Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with sweet water
Caution
Do not use when humidity levels may cause surface condensation (maximum 85%), during rainy conditions or if temperatures are likely to fall below 5°C during application and drying. Protect from frost.

Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is nonflammable, but must not be exposed to direct sunshine.
Use in well ventilated areas. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice.
In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
