Wood Glue

Ritver Wood Glue is water based adhesive, based on polyvinyl acetate homopolymer, with excellent high tack and bond strength, development for various wood applications, such carpentry uses. Inc of bonding
timber, MDF, Doors, Windows, in high speed assembly lines at joineries. It is also useful for decorative to ply, block boards, tiles in dry condition. etc., The wood glue is not suitable for perpetual wet areas like
toilets, kitchen sink etc., Virtues: It is a non-toxic and non-flammable water based, environmental friendly single component product.

Designed for use on all interior furniture and paneling, doors, windows, frames, veneer and casting. Can be used for open grain and closed grain finishes, depending on the viscosity and number of coats applied.

All timber species must be fully aged with a moisture content of less than 15%. The surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminations. Natural oil or gum must be removed by solvent cleaning. To obtain optimum surface finish, sand the wood properly in the same direction of the wood grain, utilize sanding paper no. [120]. Then and after sealer drying, utilize paper No.[220] to create smoothness to the substrate, then utilize paper No.[400 ] to achieve perfection of substrate till reaching between coats is essential, practice adequate sanding and remove dust prior to application of first coat. Control the compatibility of Stains eventually used.

Dilution
Product is ready to use.

Depends on the finishes required but in general an appropriate rate is 140 gr / sq.m. The number of coats depends on the surface preparation the porosity of the substrate, and the finish required.
Following Treatments
By spray gun: It is possible even to use airless and air-mix equipments. For details of spray equipment contact Ritver Technical Services Department.
By Curtain Coater: It is recommended to control the viscosity during application by adding PU Thinner to balance the evaporation of solvents.

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with [TC010] Tool Cleaning.

Available in 5Ltr, 25Ltr.
Store in a cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Max 18 months in unopened container, stored in a cool and dry condition at 25°C.

This material is flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames.
Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not breathe vapor / spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No Smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
